Galen D. Schutt, Esq.
Mr. Schutt was admitted to practice law in California in 1981 after graduation from Pepperdine University School of Law in Malibu, California. Since then, he has practiced exclusively in the areas of plaintiff and defense personal injury, wrongful death and other major exposure tort, insurance and injury cases. He was in active practice in California for the next 12 years. He was first an associate and then the senior litigation attorney from 1983 to 1992 at a plaintiff firm in Beverly Hills.
Mr. Schutt relocated to Southern Nevada in 1993. Upon his 1994 admission to the Nevada Bar Mr. Schutt founded a firm where he was a senior partner for over a decade. Mr. Schutt handles tort, injury, insurance and related matters civil cases.
Mr. Schutt is a member of the Nevada Justice Association and is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in Nevada.
